What a spectacular conclusion to our 70th-anniversary congress in Andorra!

Thank you Liberals d’Andorra for being such wonderful hosts. Thank you to our 200 delegates for voting for a political platform – a new manifesto – from which Liberal International will fight for #freedom in the twenty-first century, and thank you to our hardworking partners for making #LIat70 so memorable. Here’s to the next 70 years.

We’ll see you in South Africa for our next LI executive committee meeting…

Throughout the calendar year 2016, the Liberal International Human Rights Committee (LI HRC) took the lead on a number of issues not least on ending violence against women in politics and promoting freedom of belief. It is in this spirit that the LI Human Rights Committee has published its annual 2016 Report reminding its membership and partners of the work done by liberals to fight for human rights globally.
