CALD Resolution No. 2 S. 2007

Informed that Mr. John Joseph S. Coronel, Executive Director of the Council of Asian Liberals & Democrats, has submitted his letter of resignation effective October 31, 2007;

Noting that Mr. Coronel served as the first Executive Director of CALD’s permanent secretariat ever since Manila was designated as the permanent secretariat in 1999;

Recognizing that Mr. Coronel’s exemplary performance and dedicated service as CALD Executive Director and his invaluable contributions and devotion to the principles and ideals of the organization have contributed to the growth and progress of the organization;

Believing that Mr. Coronel’s eight years of committed service has provided reliable leadership and professional management in the CALD Secretariat;

Convinced that Mr. Coronel has laudably executed his duties and responsibilities with the interests of the organization and the welfare of its members as his foremost considerations;

The Council of Asian Liberals & Democrats hereby

Expresses its gratitude to Mr. Coronel for his tireless work and sterling service to the organization and its members; and,

Wishes him continued success in his future endeavors
